Dr. Jayant Khandare
(Director, Strategy & Innovations)Dr. Jayant Khandare (Ph. D. from National Chemical Laboratory, Pune) worked as post doctoral fellow in the School of Medicine, Wayne State University, Detroit, MI, USA and the Dept. of Pharmaceutics, Rutgers, The State University, Piscataway, New Jersey, USA. He worked extensively on targeted nano polymeric drug delivery systems for Cancer. He was also awarded the prestigious Alexander Von Humboldt Experienced Researcher Award and he worked for one year in Germany with Prof. Dr. Rainer Haag at Freie University, Berlin, Germany. He is professor at Maharashtra Institute of Pharmacy, MIT Campus, Pune, India. He is the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) of Actorius Innovations and Research Pvt Ltd. Jayant has published more than 40 papers in peer-reviewed journals and has 14 US patents to his credit.
Dr. Arindam Adhikari

D. from National Chemical Laboratory, Pune) worked as post doctoral researcher as well as Senior researcher in KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm and YKI Institute for Surface Chemistry ( now RISE), in Stockholm, Sweden resp. from 2005-2010. After returning back to India he worked as scientist in CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI), Karaikudi, TN, India. He is also the founder of Aadarsh Innovations, a contract research organisation based in Pune, India. His research interest includes conductive polymers and their various applications. He has published 13 papers and 5 patents.

(Chief Scientist)Dr. Bernhard Wessling is the renowned authority in the field of conductive polymers, who had shown the world how to process conductive polymers (by dispersion) and about the corrosion resistant property of conductive polymers. He successfully took it to the market. His activities focus on chemistry, nanotechnology (dispersion) of Organic Metals and their applications, as well as the basic science behind (thermodynamics and turbulence). He published about 160 papers and filed more than 35 patents, mostly world-wide granted In addition, he is active in nature protection, especially crane research, and in biodynamic agriculture.
